SOK, one of the biggest grocery retailers of the Nordic is using Speechly to power its grocery shopping list app. In the process of building the app together with SOK, we’ve learned a lot on how voice is best used in grocery retail, what are the biggest issues with voice technology in grocery vertical and what are the real-world benefits of voice technology for grocery retailers.
