How we collect data and who processes it?

Speechly follows a pretty standard procedure of website analytics tracking. We use Google Analytics for website analytics and it tracks the behaviour of all our website visitors. Like almost any other website, we use cookies. These cookies are small text files saved on visitors computer that we use to track whether the user has visited our page before and whether they have accepted the cookie policy. Google Analytics also uses its own cookie. Youtube videos embedded on our website collect user data, too. You can find information on privacy policies of all Google services here.

Information provided by you

We also ask some questions from the users themselves on this website. We ask users for email address for API key requests. Those email addresses are saved under our Formspark account on their servers and protected by them.

We have another form for sales contacts. That’s running Pipedrive Webforms and the data is handled and protected by Pipedrive.

We use the information collected to improve the quality of our website content and navigation. We use the data given by you to contact you about our services or to send the API key based on your explicit consent.

Customer-related information is retained and processed for the duration of the customer relationship and for five years after the relationship has ended. Some information, such as website analytics and logs will be retained indefinitely.

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your personal information may be transferred.
